For custom manufacturers & job shops on HubSpot or Pipedrive

You already paid to quote the job. Then nobody asked the customer twice.

Your estimator did the work. The quote went out. The customer went quiet — and your rep moved on to the next fire. We find the aged quotes still worth chasing, draft follow-ups your rep approves, and bring live deals back to the table in 14 days — inside the HubSpot or Pipedrive you already run.

Day-3 guarantee: if your data doesn't show a usable pool of recoverable quotes, we stop — and you pay nothing.

The uncomfortable part

Most shops don't lose quoted jobs on price.

The quote went out

Your estimator did the math. The customer asked for the price. The quote went out.

The customer went quiet

Then it sat there. No second touch. No "still on your radar?"

Nobody owns the next touch

Six months later you spot that customer's part — running on a competitor's machine. They never said no. You just never asked again.

That's not a sales problem. That's a follow-through problem — and it's fixable in 14 days.

Before / after

Day 1: quotes nobody owns. Day 14: every live quote has a next move.

We separate dead quotes from live ones, write follow-ups your rep can actually send, and leave you a board showing what's still worth chasing.

The sprint

How the 14 days run

  1. Days 1–3

Days 1–3 — we find the money worth chasing

We pull your open quotes from an export you approve and score every one: recoverable, long-shot, or dead. By Day 3 you get the Recoverable Revenue Report — and you know whether the pool justifies the sprint. If it doesn't, we stop, and you don't pay.

  2. Days 4–10

Days 4–10 — follow-ups your rep approves, one quote at a time

No generic "just checking in." Every draft references the real part, the real date, the real number. Your rep edits and approves every email before anything is sent. Dead quotes are never touched.

  3. Days 11–14

Days 11–14 — replies land, the board updates, you keep everything

Live quotes go back to your team with a tracked next move. You keep the recovery board and the tracking dashboard after we leave. No subscription required.

Pricing & guarantee

If there's nothing worth reviving, you pay nothing.

  • One recovered $10,000 job pays for it 6× over.
  • Day-3 Recoverable Revenue Report — if it shows the pool isn't worth it, we stop, no charge.
  • Runs inside your existing CRM. No new software, no migration.
  • Doing nothing has a price too: every month, another batch of quotes crosses 90 days and goes cold for good.

A 9-person shop with $73,800 in quotes older than 60 days could reasonably find ~$46,000 worth re-engaging. Illustrative — your numbers will differ.

Honest filter

This is not for every shop

The sprint is probably not a fit if:

Not a fit if:

  • you have fewer than ~100 aged quotes
  • your quotes aren't tracked anywhere — no CRM, no spreadsheet, no inbox history
  • your reps all share one CRM login
  • you want fully automated customer emails with no human approval

Good fit if:

  • a real quote backlog
  • a CRM your team actually uses
  • an owner who wants to know which revenue is still alive
  • you quote custom work on HubSpot or Pipedrive

FAQ

The questions owners actually ask

Why not just tell our reps to follow up?

Because that's probably what you're doing now. The problem isn't that your team doesn't know follow-up matters. It's that old quotes are buried under new RFQs, urgent jobs, and production fires — and nobody owns the second touch. The sprint turns that backlog into a clean board: what's alive, what's dead, who owns the next move, and what message goes out.

Our CRM data is a mess. Is that a problem?

Some mess is normal. The sprint includes light cleanup from one data source — a HubSpot or Pipedrive export, a spreadsheet, or inbox exports. If the data needs deep archaeology across multiple systems, we scope that separately instead of pretending it fits in 14 days.

Who writes the follow-up messages?

Drafts are generated from the real quote context — part, date, value — then your rep edits and approves every single one. Nothing is sent automatically, and nothing goes out in a voice your customers wouldn't recognize.

Will this annoy our customers?

Not if the follow-up is useful and controlled. Dead quotes are scored dead and never emailed. The goal is to restart real conversations about work they already asked you to price — not to blast old prospects.

Do we need new software?

No. The sprint runs inside the HubSpot or Pipedrive you already have, or from a structured export if you'd rather not grant access. No migration, no new logins for your team.

What happens after the 14 days?

You keep everything: the scored recovery board, the drafts, and the tracking dashboard. If you want the permanent layer — RFQ triage, reorder alerts, the owner's dashboard — that's a separate decision. No subscription is required.
