What this site collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. No personal data is collected by simply visiting the site. Server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) may be processed by the hosting provider for security and delivery; the legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Booking embed
The booking calendar on /book-demo/ loads from a third-party scheduling provider only after you explicitly click to open it. Until you click, no data is sent to that provider. When you book a call, the data you enter (name, email, notes) is processed by the provider to schedule the meeting; the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If you email us, we process your address and message content to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Emails are retained only as long as needed for the correspondence and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the data protection authority of the operator's federal state.
