About the founder & method
Sales systems first. AI second.
I don't sell AI magic. I fix the follow-through most sales teams avoid: quotes with no second touch, RFQs worked in the wrong order, owners who don't trust their own pipeline.
Broach helps custom manufacturers recover revenue that gets lost after the first sales conversation: quotes that go silent, RFQs that sit too long, repeat customers that quietly stop ordering, and pipelines the owner cannot fully trust. AI helps with the boring work — reading, sorting, scoring, drafting, and watching. Humans still approve what goes out. That is the method.
Trust note
New to the US manufacturing market. Not new to broken sales processes.
I am based in Germany and work remotely with English-speaking B2B companies. I am not going to pretend I already have a wall of US manufacturing case studies. I do not. What I do have is 13+ years of hands-on work building and fixing B2B sales departments, CRM processes, follow-up routines, pipeline discipline, and sales management systems.
The manufacturing focus is new. The sales-system problem is not.
Founder
Who runs this
Broach is run by its founder — a B2B sales systems operator with 13+ years of hands-on experience: building sales departments, fixing CRM usage, writing follow-up cadences, structuring pipelines, setting sales rules, and dealing with the messy reality of how sales teams actually work.
Long before "AI" became a pitch-deck word, I was already working on the unglamorous problems: reps not updating the CRM, follow-up living in memory, owners not trusting the pipeline, quotes going out with no second touch, good opportunities lost because nobody owned the next step. That is the work I understand. AI did not replace that work — it made the tedious parts cheaper and faster.
Why manufacturers
Why custom manufacturers lose revenue in the gaps
Most custom manufacturers do not lose deals because their product is bad. They lose them in the gaps between steps. A quote gets sent — nobody follows up. An RFQ comes in — the estimator is buried, so the wrong job gets quoted first. A repeat customer misses their normal order cycle — nobody notices. The owner asks what is real in the pipeline — everyone has a different answer.
That is not a "more leads" problem. That is a sales operating system problem.
The method
Small first. Prove the leak. Then build the system.
- 1
Demo
30 minutes. You watch the working system on a pipeline like yours. At the end we run your numbers and give you an honest read — sometimes the answer is 'don't buy.'
- 2
Sprint
A fixed-scope, low-risk project on one specific leak: open quotes that need recovery, overdue repeat accounts, old proposals that need cleanup, or one RFQ queue that needs triage. The first sprint proves whether the leak is real before anyone talks about a larger system.
- 3
System
If the sprint proves value, we build the permanent layer: RFQ triage, reorder alerts, quote aging, owner dashboard, follow-up workflow, weekly digest — on top of HubSpot, Pipedrive, spreadsheets, inbox exports, or structured order history.
- 4
Retainer
Optional monthly tuning. Sales systems drift — teams change, habits slip, thresholds get stale. The retainer keeps the system useful instead of letting it become another dashboard nobody opens.
What AI does
What AI does — and what it does not do
AI helps with
- — reading CRM notes;
- — parsing RFQ emails;
- — grouping open quotes;
- — drafting follow-up;
- — scoring quote age and account risk;
- — watching reorder cycles;
- — preparing owner dashboards.
AI does not
- — decide what to send to your customers;
- — replace your estimator;
- — price custom work by itself;
- — magically fix a weak sales process.
The process comes first. AI supports it.
Boundaries
What we will not do
- No fake case studies. Until real client results exist, we will not invent them. The demo workflows use sample data and are clearly marked as sample data.
- No chatbot projects for the sake of AI. If a tool does not recover revenue, save time, or improve owner visibility, we do not build it.
- No CRM rip-and-replace by default. Most manufacturers need better follow-up, cleaner pipeline rules, and a working board on top of what they already have.
- No automatic customer messages without approval. Your team approves what goes out. No blind blasts. No "AI decided to email your customer."
- No long consulting theater. The demo is short. The first sprint is small. The deliverables are visible. Either the system earns the next step or it does not.
Proof
No client logos yet. See the workflows instead.
We are new to the US manufacturing market, so we will not pretend to have client logos we do not have. Instead, you can inspect the demo workflows: quote recovery for a CNC machine shop, reorder capture for a label converter, and proposal recovery for a millwork shop. The demos use synthetic sample data and show the mechanics: what gets pulled, scored, drafted, reviewed, and handed back to the team.
